At My Store, we want you to feel good about every gift you send – and every piece you wear.
Because our products are printed on demand through our fulfillment partner Spreadshop, each item is made especially for you. That also means we can’t simply put returned items back on a warehouse shelf.
Even with that, we offer a fair and simple return policy to make sure you’re happy with your order.
30-Day Return Guarantee
If something isn’t right, you can request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
You can use this guarantee if:

The size or fit doesn’t work for you

You’re not satisfied with the product you received

There was an issue with the print or item quality
Items should be:

Unworn (other than trying on)

Unwashed

In a condition that allows us to process the return
What Are My Options?
Depending on the situation and the type of product, you may choose one of the following:

Exchange for a new product

You can exchange for the same design in a different size or for another product of similar value (subject to availability).

Exchange for a store credit / voucher

You can receive a voucher that can be used toward a future order at our store.

Refund to original payment method

A refund of the purchase price may be possible as long as you did not customize the product yourself (for example, by adding your own text, images, or personal design elements).

Customized / personalized items are generally not refundable, except in cases of printing or product defects.

We reserve the right to review each case to prevent abuse of the policy and to comply with our fulfillment partner’s rules.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please:

Open your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email, or simply contact us directly.

Photos, if there is a defect or damage

We will reply with your available options (exchange, voucher, or refund where applicable) and instructions on how to proceed.
Once your return is accepted and, if applicable, the item is received by our partner, returns are usually processed within 7 business days.
Who Pays for Return Shipping?
Return shipping costs depend on the value and nature of your order:

For many orders with a total value of $40 or more, our fulfillment partner may cover the return shipping costs.

For smaller orders, or in some cases where the reason for return is simply a change of mind, you may be responsible for the return shipping.

In many cases we can find a solution (such as a replacement or voucher) that avoids unnecessary shipping back and forth, which saves time for you and is better for the environment.
What Happens to Returned Items?
Because each product is printed on demand and cannot simply be resold as new, our fulfillment partner works to avoid waste:

Where possible, new and wearable returned items are donated to charitable causes (such as organizations or families in need).

Items that cannot be donated (for example, with personal designs or logos) may be recycled or reprocessed so they can be given a “second life” in other forms (such as insulation material).
Legal Notice
This Refund & Returns Policy is provided in addition to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including rights related to defective products or statutory withdrawal rights in your jurisdiction.
If there is any conflict between this policy and your legal rights, your legal rights will prevail.
